Dr. Keith G. Edwards

Keith is a leadership coach, pastor, author, speaker and Orioles baseball fan who is intensely passionate about seeing others develop and succeed. Having spent 35 years in pastoral leadership roles, including executive denominational capacities, Keith has much experience in coaching leaders and their teams in their personal and professional lives, seeing them attain successful, sustainable outcomes which have empowered them to lead others and themselves well, enjoying the journey along the way. Keith holds a Doctorate of Ministry from Regent University, a Master’s Degree from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Valley Forge and is an ICF and CCLC certified coach.

Esther Edwards

Esther serves as a life coach, pastor, and dedicated learner with a passion for seeing others thrive in purpose and calling. Her philosophy revolves around embracing leadership capabilities with purpose, calling, and intentionality, fostering impactful growth. Esther specializes in guiding individuals through life transitions, particularly those in mid-life. Esther’s research and coaching ability help clients view midlife transitions with greater hope by assessing their transition as well as their own strengths and values in order the envision future possibilities.

As an International Coach Federation (ICF) and Certified Christian Life Coach (CCLC), and 35 years of pastoral ministry, Esther brings a wealth of expertise to her coaching practice. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Leadership with Global Perspectives at George Fox University, and also holds a Master's Degree in Leadership from Regent University.
